Welcome to 6WeekPhysique. By purchasing any challenge, coaching service, nutrition program, training program, membership, app access, or related service offered by 6WeekPhysique (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All purchases are final and subject to the policies outlined below.

PROGRAM DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

The 6WeekPhysique Challenge is a customized service that requires information from each participant before program creation can begin.

Immediately following purchase, participants will receive access to a required onboarding questionnaire. This questionnaire may be delivered through email, the order confirmation page, client portal, or another method determined by the Company.

The questionnaire is a mandatory requirement for participation in the challenge and for creation of the participant’s customized program.

Participants are responsible for:

• Completing all required onboarding forms
• Providing accurate information
• Providing complete information
• Monitoring their email and spam folders for instructions
• Following all onboarding steps provided by the Company

SEVEN-DAY QUESTIONNAIRE DEADLINE

Participants must complete and submit the required onboarding questionnaire within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.

Failure to submit the required questionnaire within seven (7) calendar days may result in:

• Delay of program creation
• Delay of challenge participation
• Loss of eligibility for the current challenge cycle
• Forfeiture of the purchase amount

The Company reserves participant slots based on each purchase. By purchasing a challenge spot, a participant occupies one of the limited positions available for that challenge.

Because participant capacity is limited and resources are allocated immediately upon purchase, failure to submit required onboarding information does not qualify the participant for a refund, credit, chargeback, or cancellation.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the customized nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Nutrition programs
• Training programs
• Coaching services
• Challenge enrollments
• App access
• Educational materials
• Community access
• Member content
• Digital products
• Digital downloads
• Customized plans

No refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Failure to complete onboarding requirements
• Failure to submit the questionnaire
• Failure to begin the program
• Failure to participate
• Scheduling conflicts
• Travel
• Illness
• Injury
• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Failure to achieve desired results
• Failure to read instructions
• Failure to access the application

CUSTOMIZED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Participants acknowledge that their nutrition and training programs are created based on the information they provide.

Programs are reviewed, developed, or overseen by professionals engaged by the Company and are not automatically generated solely through artificial intelligence or automated software.

The quality and accuracy of a participant’s program depends on the quality and completeness of the information provided during onboarding.

Participants agree to provide as much relevant information as possible to allow the Company to create the most appropriate program.

CHALLENGE START DATES

Challenge start dates, enrollment periods, onboarding deadlines, and program timelines will be announced by the Company and displayed on the website, checkout page, promotional materials, emails, or client communications.

The Company reserves the right to determine challenge schedules and enrollment periods.

Participants are responsible for reviewing all challenge information prior to purchase.

APP ACCESS

Participants may receive access to a mobile application, coaching platform, client portal, community group, or other digital services.

Access to these services is included as part of the challenge purchase.

Loss of access due to participant misconduct, violation of community guidelines, failure to follow instructions, or termination of services does not create eligibility for a refund.

NO SUBSCRIPTION

The 6WeekPhysique Challenge is a one-time purchase program.

Unless otherwise specifically stated during checkout, the challenge is not a recurring subscription and will not automatically renew.

Each challenge enrollment is considered a separate purchase.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

By purchasing a program, participants acknowledge that they have reviewed these Terms and Conditions prior to purchase.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal after receiving onboarding materials, app access, educational materials, community access, or other program resources may constitute a violation of these Terms.

The Company reserves the right to provide payment processors, banks, and dispute resolution services with documentation demonstrating acceptance of these Terms, onboarding communications, login records, app access records, questionnaire records, and participation records.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Individual results will vary.

The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome, weight loss amount, body composition change, fitness result, health improvement, or performance improvement.

Success depends on numerous factors, including participant compliance, effort, consistency, medical history, nutrition adherence, training adherence, sleep, stress management, and other variables outside the Company’s control.

MODIFICATIONS

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued participation in any program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
